In conjunction with the Sr. Manager, you will be the final set of eyes and will provide final approvals for set-ups, proofs, and mail shop instructions for all programs. To do this, you must consistently deliver high quality, timely, and cost effective marketing efforts.

In this job you will:

Create and be responsible for the creative schedule to ensure that deadlines are met and final product meets expectations.
Work closely with the Production Team(s) to ensure scheduling, logistical, and cost issues are discussed and resolved efficiently and effectively.
Receive, track, and vigilantly proof copy and artwork to ensure they meet creative concept and execution expectations.
Circulate artwork and copy to appropriate staff and/or stakeholders for approval in a timely manner. Once approvals are returned, make necessary changes and submit to Sr. Manager and/or Director for final approval.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent work experience required.
Must have one year of professional experience in membership, fundraising, or direct mail marketing and/or production.
Must have experience working with a variety of out-sourced vendors.
Passion for the preservation and protection of wildlife and wild places is highly desirable.
Entrepreneurial and self-starting, with the demonstrated ability to work independently and, when necessary, as an integral part of the team.
Must have strong project management skills, extremely high level attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Must have good correspondence, editing, and proofreading skills.
Must have the ability to learn and use a variety of computer programs.
Your actions are expected to reflect the staff values of the National Wildlife Federation: collaboration, mindfulness, empowerment, inclusivity, and mission focus.

We strive to increase diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) in all elements of our work and with our partners to support the interdependent needs of wildlife and people in a rapidly changing world.  We recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote regardless of race, of race, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity (including gender nonconformity and status as a transgender or transsexual individual), age, physical or mental disability, citizenship, genetic information, past, current or prospective service in the uniformed services, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.  We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
