We are looking for a Systems Administrator who can ensure the daily smooth running of the company’s computer, telephone, network, websites and other IT infrastructure.

Main responsibilities
- Catalogue, install and maintain all IT infrastructure, both hardware and software.
- Be actively involved in working towards IS0 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Investigate and resolve problems in the day-to-day use of IT infrastructure.
- User profile and email setup, configuration, maintenance.
- Maintenance of the alarm and CCTV systems.
- Plan and implement preventive measures to avoid downtime and improve disaster recovery.
- Liaise with operations and R&D department to ensure their requirements are met by planned changes.
- Communicate with staff to assist in resolving problems.
- Train staff in use of computer systems and software.
- Keep records of all changes to IT systems.
- Implement security protocols and disaster recovery protocols
Essential skills
- Working knowledge of PC computer hardware and Windows software configuration
- Working knowledge of Android mobile phones
- Working knowledge of Networking technologies such as: Ethernet smart switches, fibre broadband routers, access points.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
