What we do

Loyalsnap is a high-end platform for fitness and wellness studios and chains. We help them grow and retain their clients by providing CRM (Customer Relationship Management), email and texting features, and reporting.

We have proven product-market fit. Our clients love our product because it works. We’ve been a crucial platform for our clients since before, and throughout, the pandemic. Many studios are clamoring to integrate with us and get access to our latest features.

We are an entrepreneurial and collaborative team, built thoughtfully over time to select for excellent, caring coworkers.

Our team is remote.

Where we’re going

We have thousands of users and handle millions of their clients around the world. We are growing and bootstrapped – we have chosen to remain self-funded so far instead of raising capital.

We are looking to expand our company’s reach, grow our product, make our services more world-class, and operate at higher scales and in new industries.

About this role

Because we’re a startup, the specific work we all do will change. So the most important thing for us is just having a solid, thoughtful team.

Responsibilities

  • Own, build out, and manage the sales pipeline and related operations.
  • Prospect for key accounts, run due diligence, lead business development pursuits, run meetings, webinars, product demos, etc.
  • Uncover customer needs and identify opportunities to deliver more value and commercialize new revenue streams.
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
  • Attend industry conferences, network, schedule and run meetings, share thought leadership.
  • Have a player/coach mentality where you can lead pursuits when also building a top-performing team and delegating effectively.
  • Build close relationships with counterparts at clients, vendors, venture capital firms etc. to create long-term growth opportunities
  • Participate in the design of branding materials, as well as onboarding, training, and implementation materials.

These may be immediately valuable, but everyone on our team learned a lot on the job and we care more about thoughtfulness, potential, and your general approach to work than about current specific skills.

  • Proven ability to sell successfully in the SMB space
  • SaaS experience
  • Existing network and experience in boutique fitness

What makes this opportunity unique

  • We haven’t done marketing of any kind. All our clients come from word of mouth. There is a huge opportunity to develop our marketing strategy from the ground up. Our goal is to grow to $10m ARR in the next 18 months
  • The “sales pitch” has been continuously refined to the point where conversion from a demo to a trial is above 85%. You’ve got a solid base to build from.
  • We are bootstrapped. We do not have outside investors setting our strategy for us. If we want to pursue a given opportunity, we’re free to do so.
  • The role is ideal for someone with a proven skillset and can get to work immediately on improving the structure and comprehensiveness of our sales process.

Unlimited time off

You’ll have unlimited vacation days, and your manager will proactively encourage you to take at least around 20 days each year.

We are officially closed for 12 holidays, and we’ll encourage you to take additional time off for any other holidays, elections, volunteering, and any other community engagement.

Parental and guardian leave

When a child joins your family – through birth, surrogacy, or adoption or foster care at any age, involving you or your spouse – you receive 16 weeks of parental leave at 100% pay. Your paid parental leave accrues over your first 52 weeks at Loyalsnap starting with 6 weeks on your first day, and during that time you can supplement your paid leave with unpaid leave.
