Full-Time Dialogue Project Administrator
Job Description
YMCA DownsLink group are currently recruiting for an administrator to join our Dialogue service based in West Sussex. This county-wide service provides therapeutic services to young people aged 11-18 years old who are struggling with their mental health.
The Administrator will support all aspects of the administration of service delivery and will be flexible in providing support to adapt to the requirements of the service. This role has a remote working option available. The post holder will be required to be proactive in providing a range of practical and administrative support services to ensure that the Dialogue Service is able to operate effectively. A key aspect of the role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of administrative requirements for this service area.

Top Responsibilities
In this role you will work in a team and act as one of the main contacts for information and general enquiries. You will support the Dialogue service, Children/Young people and caregivers with booking appointments and send important correspondence to service users. You will be proficient at using computers, data entry/collection and competently receive and effectively deal with telephone calls from service users, parents and carers and professionals regarding the service. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to complete tasks to an excellent standard quickly.
Expected working pattern
The hours are 10am – 6pm. There is some flexibility with choosing which days you will work but you must be able to work on Wednesdays and Fridays. This position is home-based and due to the nature of the contact with service users you must have a private space available in your home to work in online.
