Freelance Podcast Editor

California Prevention Training Center – Posted by CAPTC Anywhere

Job Description

The podcast has already had two seasons and is being revamped with a new name and branding (in development). We are looking for an editor who can contribute to the creative vision of the podcast, including finding ways to open up the texture of the soundscape using music, sounds, and snippets of recordings from previous events relevant to the topic.

All work will be remote. All are welcome to apply, especially queer and trans folks, folks of color, and those who are based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Personal and/or professional connection to health (in)equity and communities most impacted by STIs/HIV desired but not required.

Editing would start in late November 2022 and go through approximately March 2022 for a total of eight episodes in Season 3. Possibility to continue on future seasons as well.
