Full-Time Supply Chain Order Management Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Order Management Analyst to join our team! This role is 100% remote with limited travel.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Develop Technical Design Understanding, Complete Requirements Elicitation documents (Data Flow Diagrams, Use Cases), and develop Solution Design Documents
* Lead and influence business leaders and users to accept change as it relates to system adoption
* Develop and provide supply chain analytics that cross organizations and Business Units, such as through put time, lead time, delivery, logistics, working capital, and order management
* Make recommendations to achieve customer service’s, order management metrics.
* Develop supply chain analytics to make operational performance and trends visible.
* Lead and participate in six sigma and supply chain improvement projects
* Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis.
* Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports.
* Develop reporting capability for supply chain Key Performance Indicators.
* Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans
* Use existing business systems to provide analytics and reporting that are capable and repeatable
* Develop basic supply chain models for scenario analysis
* Conduct internal and external benchmarking analysis
* Provide financial analysis as required
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Experience in Supply Chain Order Management processes and Order Data Attributes: EDI – RLM and non RLM, Demand Control, Forecast Management, Order Pricing/Repricing, Order changes, Order Promising/Rescheduling, Order Leadtime & Transit time, Carrier Calendars, Drop Ship Orders
* Experience in global transformation projects and deployment activities, including: Fit Gap Analysis, MoSCoW prioritization, Data Management (mapping and transformation), Testing, Training Material Development, Training, Cutover and Infant Care
* Experience with various software/tools: Oracle Order Management Modules, Microsoft office tools (e.g. visio, excel, PPT, Power BI), Oracle User Productivity Kit, Toad, Rational
* Must be capable of managing multiple system deployments simultaneously, whilst navigating in ambiguity and fluid project initiatives and timelines
* Ability to utilize existing team reference material to self-learn, so as to enable management of data and processes within entire order management process landscape
* B.S or B.A in applicable field or at least 5 years experience in supply chain
* Intermediate level of order management work experience required.
* Proven analytic skills or supply chain experience
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
