This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Leader- Technology Development in Galesburg, MI.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
• Provide technical project leadership in the execution of technology development-chartered projects
• Deliver demonstration of advanced technology concepts including areas of electrification, digital connectivity, transmission features, and controls
• Support project planning for integration of demonstrated concepts into new or existing product platforms
• Lead a global technical functional team, including systems, controls, platform engineering, and technical specialists
• Interface with Cummins engine technical team, especially for deep integration projects
• Establish requirements, schedule, milestone deliverables, technical project plans
• Lead design and technical functional reviews
• Develop and document new IP
• Communication to technical management review group on project progress, barriers, support needed

Experience:
• 7-10+years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated success having worked in a Technical Specialist/Specialist Engineering role on lower complexity product development activities, translating customer needs and negotiating into product development plans, technical profiles and/or product specifications with a proven track record of successful product decisions
• Prior project management experience

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
