| Lead Massage Therapist, Sports Core Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Our team at Sports Core Health & Racquet Club offers a wide range of fitness activities, from swimming and tennis to group classes and personal training. Join our innovative team of well-being gurus and help our guests find a balanced, community-based approach to health. Specific responsibilities include: - Serve as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time
- Expectation to teach and be an active Massage Therapist while also leading respective department
- Supervise department staff – this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication
- Conduct interviews, onboard new associates, conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews, and effectively performance manage associates
- Set sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue.

- Ensure all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles
- Participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities.
This is a part time opportunity working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Skills/Requirements - Current state of Wisconsin Massage license required
- Minimum of five years experience in massage therapy
- Prior supervisory experience, preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
