Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Unit in Rocky Mount, NC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Coaches and develops team members.
• Monitors and ensures team compliance with policies and standards.
• Coordinates cross functional teams to drive continuous improvements to team KPIs.
• Implement business initiatives.
• Supports senior operations leadership in strategic planning, budgeting and developing business initiatives.
• Disseminates operational plans and communications to the teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain. (In lieu of a Degree, significant manufacturing experience will be considered).
• 5 – 10 years manufacturing leadership.
• Must be open to 3^rd shift (the typical shift is Sunday – Thursday 8pm-8am, but subject to change).
• Must have a strong understanding of manufacturing KPI’s.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
