DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Cybersecurity Disaster Recovery & Resiliency Manager to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Segment in Columbus, IN or Minneapolis, MN / your remote home office. The Cybersecurity Disaster Recovery & Resiliency Manager is a key position responsible for driving the business and IT teams to understand and follow Cummins Disaster Recovery and Resiliency standards by implementing business-focused infrastructure and technology recovery plans.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Support establishment of Disaster Recovery plans and ensure they are exercised for business-critical assets/services to proactively identify risk and prepare a contingency plan to support any disaster.
• Contribute to the Business Resiliency strategy and advance solid Disaster Recovery strategy in support of businesses and corporate needs.
• Maintain regular communication with the IT business leaders, educating Asset owners about current, changing, and/or recommended requirements to support the Disaster Recovery program.
• Assist in the documenting action plan for the lesson learned related to the Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Support the assessment of business risk associated with Business Continuity and align disaster recovery efforts with the level of risk.
• Work with other teams that lead Business Continuity to align Disaster Recovery plan owners along with vendors to ensure Disaster Recovery plans remain current and updated.
• Ensure the evolution of Disaster Recovery plans for Corp services and data centers with appropriate ownership
• Partner with IT Infrastructure teams to develop IT Disaster Recovery plan for business-critical sites.
• Create and conduct regular Disaster Recovery process training focusing on best practices/lessons learns and stewardship responsibilities to support any disaster or major outage/events.
• Work closely with the Cybersecurity Operations team on Incident Response to ensure recovery plans are institutionalized for effective and timely recovery.
• Work closely with Business Resiliency leaders to support efforts tied to Disaster Recovery in case of any major event or incident.
• Oversee and run project activities tied to Disaster Recovery Program.
• Risk identification and change management tied to DR Program.
• Support resource availability and allocation, identify risks, and manage change to deliver effective project management and tracking.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject, or relevant experience required.
• 5-7 years of cybersecurity work experience is required. 2 years of experience with Cloud technology and concepts preferred.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
