DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst-VPI to join our team specializing in Finance for our Components Business Segment in Columbus, IN. Remote work also available with periodic travel post pandemic.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Responsible for the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports.
• Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts and statistical reporting. Supports platform VPI programs- is a core team member on critical 2024 and 2027 programs
• Prepares complex financial analyses and reports for department management. Prepares analyses, reports, and special studies for management. Builds business model and tracks costs and helps understand impact to the business
• Prepares and supports profitability reports in MSBI that are critical to understanding quarterly profitability.
• Supports business partners with organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
• Supports the warranty CIE process closely working with the Components Warranty Team Is the business partner for PLMM and Quality Teams to provide forecast, AOP and SPP inputs
• Prepares and consolidates financial data statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or similar certification preferred.
• On the job hands on experience building financial business models.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with a diverse group of people globally.
• Proven experience and skill in data analysis.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.

Base salary range: $77,900 – $97,400

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
