Role description and opportunities:

 

We are seeking an HR professional to support a small team of HRBP’s meet the people needs across the Wealth Management Business.  The successful applicant will be a proactive, curious and efficient analytical problem solver with the professionalism to interact directly with executive members of the company.  We are looking for someone who is high performing and ambitious, as the successful candidate can expect to be provided plenty of development opportunities, including, over time, progression within HR.

 

 

Key responsibilities include the following:

 

We are seeking an HR Business Partner focused on the delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning and Total Rewards Planning; ensuring coordination, consistency, fairness, and engagement while influencing best practices.

  • Partner with senior HR Business Partners to create solutions and drive well thought out strategies and processes across the business.
  • Timely delivery of HR projects and data for senior business executives in organization
  • Build relationships across HR the business to ensure a full understanding of how the HR’s function supports business strategy.
  • Partner across HR to ensure the most efficient and effective processes are deployed to the business; help support and execute on those processes.

 

 

Competitive Candidate Profile:

 

  • Comfortable driving change and developing HR solutions.  Will be credible activist and a forward thinker.
  • Able to proactively identify people implications of function strategies, as well as recommend and deliver actions.
  • Function as collaborator across the HRBP team to ensure that deliverables are timely and high quality.
  • Able to utilize HR and financial data to deliver data-based recommendations and ensure solutions make sense in the context of business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 8 year of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR
  • Broad range of experience working in HR
  • Ideally, 3+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrate success in Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Total Rewards, Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate logical conclusions from data.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and the ability to track anomalies across multiple data sets
  • Proactive and self-sufficient, ability to work independently.
  • Calm under pressure, professional demeanor.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft products, most importantly advanced in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Effective relationship management skillset
  • Passionate about HR with a strong desire to grow their career
