FLSA Status: Non – Exempt
Salary: Starting at $16.00/hr
Location: Boca Raton, FL (onsite), Temporary, Temp-to-Perm
Summary
Conducts variety of electronic tests on devices to ensure unit functions according to specifications or to determine cause of unit failure by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Tests functional performance of systems, sub-assemblies, and parts, per the minimum test requirements.
- Connects unit to be tested to test equipment.
- Identify and remove from use, potential faulty equipment encountered.
- Analyzes test results on defective units to determine cause of failure.
- Install firmware and configure devices per the engineering instructions.
- Identify and propose enhancements.
- Flexible schedule: Initial hours are 7:00/7:30 am – 3:30/4:00 pm
Requirements
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent communicator; able to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
- Required fluency in the English language.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of (desired) ALX Accounting software; CRM Applications; Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel.
