We are seeking a talented Purchasing Systems Operations manager to join our Purchasing department. This role is based in Columbus, IN. It is hybrid but can be 100% remote.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Serve as the change request leader for the Indirect systems (Ariba Cloud etc.), which coordinates all changes and presents to the MRG to gain approval for the changes with clear business justification, requirement, and feasibility study
• Leading the business and functional requirement collection for complex change requests or projects
• Supervise System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing team for purchasing system functional testing, mainly Ariba Cloud by working with IT, interfacing applications, process owners, and requesting functions
• Coordinate, prioritize, and manage the execution of the complex changes and assigned projects by working with cross functional teams
• Being proactive and ensuring the resolution of complex user questions and systems issues, including affected interfacing applications, eg Maximo, and BOLT
• Managing Ariba Cloud system configuration, change control, documentation and maintenance activities ensuring compliance with company standards. Ensures effective integration with other systems and processes across technologies and regions
• Exploring new capabilities, new features, and technologies to align with business goal with a focus on continuous improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree and a significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience
• Thorough knowledge and experience with Ariba Cloud purchasing suite system
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects that may comprise a program from inception to completion
• Experience facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of high priority projects

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
