Full-Time Qualified and Trainee Careers Adviser

Education Development Trust are currently recruiting for both Qualified and Trainee Careers Advisers to work across Epsom in Surrey.

Our Careers Advisers are expected to work flexibly and independently but will be supported as part of the wider team. Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with adults on an individual and group basis both virtually and face to face. This role requires candidates to hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
Trainee Careers Advisers will complete a Level 4 qualification within the first 12 months in position.
