| Esthetician, Kohler Waters Spa Work Mode: Onsite Location:Green Bay, WI Opportunity Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. Specific responsibilities include: - Serving as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time
- Supervising department staff, including performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication
- Helping to manage schedules/appointments of associates
- Assisting in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation
- Setting sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail
- Ensuring all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles
This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 8:30pm. Skills/Requirements - Current and valid State Esthetics license required
- Prior experience in a spa environment preferred
- Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus
