Job Description
We are looking for a Principle Scrum Master for our Corporate/CBS Segment in Columbus IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Experience working in a software development organization and in an Agile environment as a scrum master demonstrating knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are highly preferred.
• Guide and coach leaders on appropriate selection of agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) based on their specific organizational need, team maturity and mission.
• Implement a selected framework with minimal supervision by providing team member training, establishing appropriate processes, developing feedback loops and working with leaders and teams to continuously improve the selected framework.
• Working within an agile center of excellence, ensure the selected framework, cadence, artifacts and metrics are supporting greater organizational goals.
• Coordinate with the Release Train Engineer, JIRA Administrator, Clarity Administrator and other enterprise tool representatives to ensure adoption, adaptation and alignment with organizational tools and norms.
Education and Licenses:
• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant technology-related program is required.
• Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) and Safe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certifications are highly preferred.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
