We are looking for a talented HSE Analyst to join our team specializing in Health & Safety for our Filtration Business in Neillsville, WI.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Coordinates projects, analyzes data and supports implementation of health, safety and environmental programs in collaboration with cross functional teams.

* Supports hazard identification, environmental aspect identification and risk assessment programs, collecting and analyzing data to identify potential projects, prioritizing using a risk-based data-driven approach.

* Tracks performance against project goals and timelines. Develops and maintains project related metrics, communicating project status to respective stakeholders.

* Demonstrates a commitment to driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture. Consults with employees and collects feedback to contribute to the development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures that will have a direct impact on an employee work environment.

* Monitors all project related costs, project risk and project resources, working with team to resolve issues.

* Actively seeks opportunities for self-development through professional health, safety and environmental organizations, as a champion of emerging trends.

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in relevant health, safety or environmental discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.

* Project Management experience preferred

* Experience with Industrial Safety Standards preferred.

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
