What You’ll Bring:

• Experience interacting directly with internal and external customers, stakeholders and individual contributors to better understand business needs and opportunities that inform an effective and profitable market strategy
• Experience with taking solutions to market with a proven growth track record
• Excellent interpersonal skills, experience presenting to, and communicating with groups of customers and/or executive stakeholders
• High degree of intellectual curiosity with the ability to manage large tasks and projects without oversight or detailed direction
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and a history of using them to achieve measurable success
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field with at least 4 years of progressive experience in strategic planning and/or product management

• Demonstrated ability to define and drive strategies for growth and performance. Ability to conceptualize, develop and direct the execution of complex technology solutions and go-to-market strategies; turning great products into real revenue
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills. In addition, the right candidate must possess the ability to translate technical products/solutions into compelling stories
• A talent and passion for written communication and clear presentations that convey complex analytical assumptions, business cases and market planning strategies to varied audiences
• Experience working across a large, matrix-governed organization and/or working across siloes to drive a project or initiative to conclusion
• Experience with presenting to large audiences and webcasts
• Effective at telling stories in presentations
• Experience and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Impact You’ll Make:

• Impact the growth strategy for the Tenant and Employment vertical at TransUnion by:
  • Leading the growth of our data and analytics solutions with the Tenant and Employment business lines
  • Become proficient on TransUnion’s data capabilities  and proactively engage with internal and external customers to understand their needs, priorities and challenges, to deliver industry leading solutions
  • Collaborate closely with our Data Science team to engage and drive innovation with our data and analytic services
  • Develop go to market strategies that meet and exceed related revenue and adoption goals
  • Work across the internal matrix organization to maximize the value proposition of identified opportunities and collaborate across the matrix to define and develop a roadmap in support of an overall market planning strategy, sales enablement tools, and an expansion of growth opportunities

• Expand and grow our rental tradeline database:
  • Modernize our sales enablement tools to make it easy for a customer to report to TransUnion
  • Collaborate with other functions within TransUnion to establish a framework for rent payment reporting as a data asset
  • Develop a strategic mindset in commercializing this data as a revenue asset
  • Engage in industry initiatives to increase broad awareness and interest in reporting
  • Be involved in the regulatory environment governing this data element    

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on careful consideration of the impact and scope of the position, external pay benchmarking and the candidates’ knowledge skills and abilities. Our salary ranges are quite broad to accommodate the many factors that are considered. The salary range for this position is $66,555 –  $126,645.
