Our supported accommodation services in the west of the county, comprise of 3 services located in Eastbourne and Hailsham, East Sussex. We house young people from across the region. Our services are commissioned by Adult Social Care and Children’s Services and will house young people with moderate to low support needs. We have a committed and passionate team that work in a holistic manner, adopting a psychologically informed approach to support young people.
Staff take an assets-balanced approach to actively encourage young people into education, employment and training. As a service, we provide a safe and caring environment for young people, with their aspirations and desires always at the forefront of the support we offer them. Overall, our service seeks to encourage and empower young people to move forward positively, and to learn and achieve the independent skills they need to live positive and fulfilling lives.
This is an exciting role. The postholder will work with the Head of Operations and stakeholders to develop the services. The Projects Manager will be an experienced manager that provides operational management for the service. They will manage a team, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements whilst prioritising safeguarding and effective housing management.
