DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a talented Global IT Compliance Manager to join our team specializing in Finance for our Corporate Business Segment based in your remote home office and/or based out of Columbus, IN.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

 

Communicate effectively with leadership on IT compliance results/areas of improvement, effective collaboration of business and IT, alignment of Cummins’ IT Controls framework with the best practices and industry standards, automation initiatives including Archer GRC implementation, workflow-based identity recertification & provisioning processes, develop and execute Cybersecurity controls testing strategy, track management’s remediation plans against the identified audit / review findings, and represent IT Compliance as needed, for any special projects.

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

 

Required:

* 5-7 years of experience in IT risk and controls. Supervisory experience or aptitude.

* SOX risk and controls experience required

* College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology or related field required.

* Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) required.

* Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills

* Strategic mindset, proactive, forward looking.

 

Preferred:

* Experience with Big 4/public accounting

* Cyber risk management experience

* Experience with controls automation and data analytics

* Prior experience with Archer, OIM (Oracle Identity Management), RPA or other GRC tools

* Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems and Controls (CRISC) or similar certification

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
