Full-Time Director Supply Chain – Transformation and Strategy (potential remote) –
Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Director of Supply Chain Transformation & Strategy to join our team specializing in Supply Chain for our Filtration Business Segment in Nashville, TN (potential remote)
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Leads transformation road mapping and planning to support global strategic supply chain objectives
* Partners with business supply chain leaders and business leaders to determine business imperatives and supply chain responses
* Leads and supports major global supply chain program transformation efforts (e.g supply chain strategy, insourcing/outsourcing, dual sourcing, planning improvements, manufacturing strategic changes)
* Drives end to end supply chain capability improvement programs
* Leads, executes and coordinates the Global Supply Chain Transformation process
* Supports functional supply chain leaders to develop functional strategies, capability standards and priorities
* Partners with corporate supply chain strategy, design, and solutions to deliver Supply Chain Transformation
* Deep and cross-functional end to end supply chain capability, process, and leading practice knowledge
* Breadth of knowledge including supply chain design, customer requirements, key supply chain capabilities, and differentiated business requirements.
* Create and implement best practices based on global industry standards
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Education/Experience
* College, university, or equivalent degree required
* Solid breadth of global planning, sourcing, manufacturing and transportation supply chain experience required
* Lean Six Sigma preferred
* Manufacturing/plant-based experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
