Job Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Preparing complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports, supporting the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts and statistical reporting
• Collaborating with business partners to develop annual budgets and consolidating financial data, and statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis
• Demonstrating working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Collaborating with stakeholders and developing partnerships to drive performance that aligns to organizational goals and strategies, demonstrating knowledge to provide guidance to support decision making processes to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities
• Financial planning, forecasting and analysis to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact to drive business improvement, coaching or leading less-experienced Financial Analysts
• Financial Reporting, analyzing financial data by evaluating results and solutions to support business decisions, preparing and presenting financial information by summarizing data to communicate results in compliance with regulations

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent BA degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification and four years of applicable experience
• Experience with the preparation, analysis and presentation of financial investment business models and programs
• Experience preparing funding requests, forecasting, and preparing monthly and quarterly submissions
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, developing partnerships, driving performance and mitigating risk

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
