Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Credit and Collection Analyst to join our Accounting team in Ireland.  This role will report to the Collections Manager in Ireland but will be based in Atlanta. The successful candidate will align with the Public Sector Sales Organization. This position will help support Twilio’s Global growth efforts.

Who?

Twilio is seeking a hands on Senior Credit and Collection Analyst who lives our Twilio Magic to join our Accounting team.

  • 7+ years of experience working on an Accounting Team,  with 4+ years of Collections experience
  • Experience in and process knowledge of Public Sector Collections is a MUST
  • You are someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment and can easily shift between the details and the “big picture”
  • Advanced Excel skills – Macros are an advantage
  • Proven track record in a high performing collections team
  • Loves data, reconciliations, and has a high attention to detail
  • Best in class customer service is your priority
  • Desire to maintain and enhance our unique culture and strive for continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business related discipline or equivalent experience

As a Senior Credit & Collection Analyst you will live the the Twilio Magic values.

  • BE AN OWNER: You will own and monitor key customer accounts and be the main point of contact between the customer, Billing Team and the Sales Org to ensure rapid process alignment.
  • RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: You will be responsible for interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders and will be required to multitask on a daily basis to ensure process compliance & timely collections.
  • NO SHENANIGANS: Be transparent at times and honest with your approach
  • BE BOLD: Identify key areas for change or improvement and have the confidence to implement where appropriate.
  • WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES: You will provide excellent service to our customers and will ensure to understand the customer’s needs.
  • DON’T SETTLE: You will proactively work to identify key areas for improvement and smarter ways of working.
  • WRITE IT DOWN: You will be required to provide ongoing reports for collections status of past due accounts and issue status
  • DRAW THE OWL: Key deliverable will be process alignment and relationship management to ensure a smooth collections process.
