Through our Summer Internship, you’ll gain the experience, knowledge and skills to take your career to another level. Throughout this 12-week program, you’ll enjoy hands-on involvement in some of the ground-breaking initiatives we’ve got going on.
This is an unpaid position at our Milwaukee, WI office.
Scope of Responsibilities
Vivent Health is one of the nation’s largest providers of HIV prevention, care and treatment services with a budget approaching $150 million and employing over 450 professionals.
The unique, nationally recognized Vivent Health HIV Medical home model of care assures that everyone with HIV has access to medical, dental, mental health and social services and provides the best opportunity for patients to achieve high quality health outcomes. Vivent Health also provides aggressive HIV prevention services to gay men, injection drug users and others at the highest risk for HIV infection.

Human Resources Internship Program
Our goal is to provide meaningful, relevant and challenging HR assignments that directly contribute to Vivent Health’s business objectives and HR strategic priorities. Interns work on real-world, project-based assignments that are designed to build HR competencies and allow them opportunities to showcase their contributions and growth.
Over the course of 12-weeks, the summer intern with be working directly will different subject matter experts of the HR team to learn more about each aspect of the department. In addition, the intern will be asked to maintain and complete a sole project pertaining to HR.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel trained.
- Able to work in office at our Milwaukee, WI location.
