Job Description
Premier Talent Partners has joined forces with a well-known Cloud Infrastructure company in San Francisco, CA (although fully remote) to find the next Sourcer to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing market intel, setting appropriate hiring expectations, applying creative methodologies, and staying on top of ongoing reporting to every hiring partner throughout the full hiring cycle. You should be not just interested in your own success, but also in enabling everyone around you to become more knowledgeable, efficient, strategic, and effective. Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and to develop strong, client-side, advocates for prospects
- Plan and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find talent that is both rare and in high-demand
- Maintain both fast turnaround and long-term, relationship-driven, prospect pipelines
- Use your experience and expertise to identify, attract, and evaluate your target prospects
- Utilize inbound marketing techniques as part of a comprehensive prospect attraction strategy
- Demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills to optimize weekly, monthly, and quarterly results which meet, or exceed, target metrics
- Provide a truly uncommon customer experience for all prospects and potential new customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in a recruiting environment
- Experience conducting investigations by gathering sensitive data points, identifying patterns through multiple high-risk signals
- Become a member of a tight-knit partnership with client-aligned recruiters
- Experience planning and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to find talent that is both rare and in high demand
- Experience utilizing inbound marketing techniques as part of a comprehensive prospect attraction strategy
- Ability to demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills to optimize weekly, monthly, and quarterly results which meet, or exceed, target metrics.
- SOFTWARE SKILLS: Familiarity with our Dropbox, G Suite, Greenhouse, Workday (nice to have)
