#What’s the role?
For this role, we expect you to be up-to-date on the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills with an eagerness to spark engaging conversations. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
#What will you do?
- Develop social media strategies to drive engagement and increase followers.
- Develop and execute influencer and partnership initiatives for social media.
- Maintain weekly engagement across multiple platforms & accounts including commenting, replying to DMs, commenting on other account’s posts, etc.
- Plan IG Story narratives that are in sync with each client’s goals, content plan, and branding.
- Conduct thorough research on the neighborhoods and communities where our projects are located.
- Stay on top of emerging social channels, analyze and formally present opportunities for growth.
- Prepare monthly reports on social analytics with actionable insights and KPIs.
- Ensure all comments on clients’ social media channels are monitored and responded to, including the removal of offensive comments and keeping high levels of local community engagement.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of local partnerships (i.e., restaurants, bars, galleries, other points of interest).
#What will set you up for success?
- 2+ years’ copywriting and social media experience
- Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Deep passion for storytelling and understanding of social media, including evergreen, organic, and paid, plus performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and aesthetics
- High degree of initiative, drive, energy, accountability, creativity, and maturity
- Self-starter and team player
