We are currently hiring for the position of:
Senior Coordinator, Advancement Operations
Reporting to the Manager, Advancement Operations, the Senior Coordinator is responsible for ongoing data entry, reporting, auditing, and system maintenance for the Advancement department with a focus on membership and gift administration.
Additionally, the Senior Coordinator will be responsible for project-based tasks, data extraction and manipulation for specified segmentations, and for acting as a liaison between back office operations and front facing staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely, accurate intake and processing of gifts and membership orders
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of Advancement data in and across the Ticketing (Archtics) and CRM (Raiser’s Edge) systems
- Report generation with a focus on memberships and monthly operations of the Advancement team
- Providing immediate support within and on behalf of Advancement Operations, as needed
- Compliance with required rules and guidelines including CRA, AFP Donor Bill of Rights and Code of Ethical Principles and Standards, and TIFF HR
START DATE:
- April 1, 2021
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Raiser’s Edge, Tessitura, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with ticketing software such as Archtics, Titan, etc.
- Direct experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in document and reporting on membership campaigns is an asset
- Previous experience in a membership administration or operations role, or a position that liaises with multiple departments, is an asset
- An understanding of non-profit organisations’ communication tools and responsibilities is an asset
- Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
