Workforce Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead
Grade: 4B, £42,503 – £45,495 per annum
Working hours: 36 hours
Contract Type: Permanent

As the Workforce EDI lead, you will be part of the Human Resources and Organisational Development Team and lead the development and implementation our Workforce Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and action plan which are focussed on embedding EDI right across the Council. You will work closely with our established employee networks and other key stakeholders identifying, co-designing and delivering tangible actions that drive forward positive change.
We are looking for someone who has strong cultural awareness and aligns with and demonstrates our organisational values. You will be able to build strong collaborative relationships with a range of different people and have demonstrable experience of delivering successful workforce equality, diversity and inclusion outcomes.
