Job title: Workforce and Professionalism Assistant
Salary: £29,270 – £31,825
Working hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed term contract, 12 months
Location: London, Hybrid
About the role
As Workforce and Professionalism Assistant, you will provide an excellent standard of administrative support, assisting the team including the Vice President for Membership and Workforce with key projects supporting RCOG members and the wider O&G workforce.
This includes:
- Supporting the delivery of the Observerships pilot programme in 2023
- Supporting the provision of the job plan review service
- Supporting the workforce planning activities
- Supporting Board and Committee Meetings and minute taking as required
About you
As the ideal candidate you will:
- Have experience in customer/service focused role
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Have project management skills
- Have experience of servicing committees
- Be able to communicate with people at all levels
