Job Description
There is an exciting opportunity to join the Brighton & Hove Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People as part of YMCA DownsLink Group. The post holder will help to develop and deliver the Wellbeing Service provision for 4-25 year olds in Brighton and Hove. This includes counselling and therapeutic services, community support services and online mental health services.
Applicants must be experienced managers with significant experience of working with children and young people. The Wellbeing Team Manager will maintain the day-to-day running of the service; including developing, implementing and reviewing organisational systems for triage, client assessment and treatment, allocation, referral and waiting lists.
Please note there is no direct clinical delivery with Children and Young people required in this role.
