What We’re Looking For
Breezeway is hiring a VP of Marketing to join our team and spearhead growth for the next phase of our company. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the marketing team, setting goals and objectives, tracking and measuring results, and devising process to our marketing initiatives. This leader will ignite, grow, and operationalize marketing programs while building momentum for the Breezeway brand, increasing market awareness, and ultimately driving new customer acquisition.

Our user-friendly tools make it easy to schedule work, resolve issues, and message clients, empowering operators to elevate the experience at every property. What You’ll Do
- Devise and implement omni-channel go-to-market strategy for both existing and future products.
- Create processes to measure and meet quarterly objectives, aligned with company goals.
- Strengthen the marketing team, build operational efficiencies with agencies, contractors, and 3rd party vendors.
- Develop an integrated marketing strategy to align all marketing touchpoints for brand awareness and demand generation.
- Optimize execution of omni-channel efforts; including email, PPC, SEO, affiliate
- marketing, social, webinars, virtual and in-person events, and more.
- Track, measure, analyze, and report on effectiveness of campaigns and impact on sales pipeline, managing budget allocation for future programs and investments based on ROI.
- Lead press/media relations, building brand equity and market penetration through content creation and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with executives, VP of Sales and VP of Client Success, to maximize marketing contribution, outbound-sourced deal creation, and client upsells.
- Manage and align brand elements including design and creative expression.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of relevant marketing experience (B2B SaaS or property tech a bonus).
- Strong experience leading teams across marketing channels; including brand management, content creation, acquisition strategy, and customer marketing.
- Excellent communicator and facilitator who can motivate and align teams.
- Expert presentation skills, and a talent for distilling concepts into engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform recommendations, strategies, and deliverables.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and set vision, but also pay attention to the details.
- Leader who enables the high performance, learning, and growth of their team.
