Victim Assistance Program Coordinator
Manages and coordinates the activities of the Victim Resources Unit of the Las Cruces Police Department (LCPD) and assures compliance with state and Federal laws and City policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, public administration, or business administration or related field AND three (3) years experience in counseling, social work, or crisis intervention, including six (6) months experience in crime victim advocacy assistance. Master’s Degree is desirable. A combination of education, training and experience may be applied in accordance to City of Las Cruces policy. Valid driver’s license is required. Position requires an acceptable driving record in accordance with City of Las Cruces policy. Must pass a thorough background investigation. Victim Services training certifications are preferred.

Salary: $45,673.89 – $64.350.83 Annually
