An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vice Principal Curriculum (Young People) and Quality, a senior team role reporting directly to the Principal. You will be joining the senior leadership team of a highly effective and well-regarded college which is financially stable and continues to grow. The post holder will:
- Lead on all aspects of Study Programmes and lead the cross college quality strategy, including providing oversight of quality in non-Study Programme areas
- Ensure that all staff delivering Study Programmes proactively adopt an inclusive, “student first” approach at all times
- Lead the college-wide quality cycle and oversee the impact of teaching, learning and assessment strategies
- Lead the deployment of cross college quality resource
- Ensure that teaching, learning and assessment within your areas are delivering extraordinary outcomes for all students

You will be able to develop efficient but highly effective and inspiring curriculum delivery models and will be able to contribute effectively to creating a vibrant college culture that embraces change as a positive tool for improvement.
