About the Role
The UX (User Experience) Developer is responsible for the design and development of web applications and web pages using code and visual design tools (Kentico), with emphasis on ASP.Net, C#, and SQL.
- Works closely with software developers and the Marketing team to create, measure and optimize applications to improve ease of use and create the best user experience.
- Implements software and web solutions using in-house software platforms and custom software libraries.
- Understands the system architecture and works within the defined structures and standards.
- Maintains, upgrades, and troubleshoots existing applications and web services.
- Provides subject matter expertise and guidance on UX best practices, working closely with Marketing to implement design and strategy.
- Develops code within the established processes and standards.
- Creates and implements interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications.
- Develops and maintains design wireframes and specifications of best practices to share with software developers and the Marketing team.
- Creates and maintains digital assets.
- Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in software and web development required.
- Two (2) or more years of experience with UX/UI required.
- Experience with Kentico is preferred.
- Experience with C#, ASP.Net, SQL and Web API is preferred.
