Authentise is looking for a summer intern to help support our Customer Success Team, which is responsible for defining Authentise’s product roadmap and ensuring our customers are using it to their full advantage!
The role will assist primarily in the review, refinement, and authoring of updated product documentation, where you will learn and develop basic project management, technical writing and quality assurance skills.
It will be a fun 11 weeks, as your work will also help to identify new ideas that we can add to our technology development roadmap and manage interactions with customers.
Candidates must meet minimum requirements for consideration.
- Commit to a 11 week internship [we work in virtual teams so distance does not exclude anyone!]
Responsibilities
- Drafting Release Notes, including the creation of supporting images and videos
- Structuring and Performing Internal Product Demos
- External Product demos (present our newest features directly to our customers (towards the end of the role))
- Assist with testing and QA of new features
- Backup or support team by documenting and recreating bugs
- Help generate other documentation for Engineering and Operations, upon request.
- Articulate key messages in high quality visual PowerPoint presentations
The Ideal candidates’ skills and experiences:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to assure a clear translation of product requirements into guidance for functional use of a system
- Excellent analytical and problem solving and teamwork skills
- Strong ability to give attention to detail, as well as tested organizational skills
- The perfect candidate will be someone who understands how software can improve the human side of engineering and manufacturing.
- Client/customer management experience including empathetic listening and learning
- Able to use own initiative, be proactive and work independently
- Understanding of Project Management – resource and time management
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suites including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and quick to pick up new software
- Willingness to learn and be challenged
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- Good personal organization
- A background in or an understanding of 3D printing/additive manufacturing would be of distinct benefit, however not all our work is related to additive manufacturing

Authentise’s data-driven Additive Production Accelerator manages the additive manufacturing process from design to part to increase efficiency and repeatability. Generate quotes, renders, material and time estimates, builds, and more on the fly. Connect to dozens of machines for automatic order status updates, traceability reports, KPI dashboards and improved estimates using machine learning.
We (a group of ~20 in 3 countries looking to disrupt the way products are engineered and made) have an existing successful SaaS application with some of the biggest industrial brands as customers, including Boeing.
