This posting will be used to fill one (1) permanent, full-time position. This position is classified and is a represented by a union.
Work Location: Salem/Marion or Portland/Multnomah; hybrid position
What you will do!
This position provides operational support to the Quality Assurance and Compliance unit of the Health Systems Division, such as coordinating, planning, and scheduling meetings and conferences, creating agendas, taking and organizing meeting minutes, maintaining filing systems, and supporting budget tracking and expenditure requests. The position assists with compiling, monitoring, and reviewing Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) deliverables assigned to the Quality Assurance unit. The position also assists with evaluating business operations and implementing process, procedure and policy changes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required Attributes
Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve.
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR
An associate degree in any field; OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requested Attributes:
- Experience within the context of Medicaid policies and programs, or within the context of Oregon’s Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs).
- Experience developing and providing planning tools, documents, data, and meeting coordination to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
- Demonstrates skills in the following areas:
- Customer service and person-centered engagement
- Data synthesis, analysis & reporting
- Team collaboration
- Training and technical assistance
- Decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize workloads
- Responsiveness and problem-solving skills
- Document collaboration and filing organization systems
- Written and oral communication, including preparation of reports and presentations
