This Trust Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and assisting in developing administrative aspects of an Operations team or teams, with emphasis on improving efficiencies and building relationships.
- Serving as liaison with external vendors and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, materials and deliverables.
- Managing relevant database inputs and outputs, which may include gift processing, maintenance, data reconciliations and reporting.
- Acting as resource and trains Trust staff in functions, services, practices and procedures of the Operations team.
- Assisting in the development and dissemination of operations team materials and documentation of practices, policies and procedures for Trust staff.
- May monitor the departmental budget associated with the team(s).
- Serving as a leader and resource from their respective team to administrative staff.
- Developing familiarity with the team’s support needs and procedures, and provides backup support as needed.
- May run reports and queries in support of operations team functions, and perform analysis of the data.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
To qualify, you must have:
- An Associate’s Degree.
- A minimum of three years’ experience providing administrative support or office administration.
- Strong organizational skills with a consistent attention to detail, and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- High level of productivity and a solution-oriented performer.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Proficiency in general software programs (MS Office) and the ability to develop proficiency in specific database management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
