During your training, you will be trained by proven experts up to director level who will guide you through your training and provide years of experience to learn from. We have an in-depth training programme which will give you the necessary tools to be successful in the whole recruitment process; from client and candidate generation, to developing leads, to networking, to closing deals!

About the position
The job itself is a 360 degree role; on a day-to-day basis you will be canvassing for new business opportunities through cold-calling whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with decision makers in the business world such as MDs or CEOs.
You will also be sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking and referrals. Once you have secured job roles and candidates, you will be managing both parties and the process, selling one to the other and closing the deal; whilst finding new job roles and new candidates on an on-going basis.

Additionally you will be able to show that you have the tenacity, drive and right motivations to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive and busy sales environment.
In order to be successful in gaining a position, you will be able to communicate and articulate your suitability and future ambitions in a clear and concise style whilst building rapport and engaging manner.
Ideally, you will be educated to a 2:1 degree level or above, however due to the competitive nature of the job, you will be able to prove that you have excelled in a competitive environment; for example in any sport or sports, whether at school, college, university, district, county, regional, national or international level. Alternatively, if you have worked in a B2B sales environment, this will be advantageous to your application.
