Job Description
Phoenix Futures at Full Circle have an exciting Trainee opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in a busy service supporting clients within the criminal justice system.
Previous experience is not required. We are seeking dedicated individuals, based on your values, willingness to learn new skills and the compassion to deliver the best service possible to the people that use our services.

The Role
As a Trainee Recovery Coordinator you will support people to reach their goals and change their lives for the better. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team, contributing to the provision of tailored interventions and recovery approaches.

Interview Process

The Service
Full Circle support adult Offenders with Complex and Additional Needs across the county of Essex. You will be part of the North Essex team covering Colchester and Tendring and will be based at our Colchester office. Full Circle supports clients who have a variety of needs including physical and mental health, substance/alcohol use, housing and finances. As a service we signpost and support clients into relevant partnership agencies.
