This Role…**
this role, you would be responsible for driving the sales of a portfolio of Lintbells products within veterinary practices. You will engage, educate and collaborate with the practice teams within your territory to on YuMOVE products to help veterinary practices improve the mobility of their customers pets.
rough relationship building with practice staff and improving distribution and rate of sale of YuMOVE products across your territory, you will seek to exceed territory sales targets whilst at the same time live our purpose of helping as many pets as possible live their most active life, for life.
are looking for various Territory Managers within the following locations East Anglia, South West, Northeast and Scotland. Please bear in mind you will need to live within the patch.
What you need to deliver…**
Driving the sales, volume and breadth of portfolio sold across a defined group of Veterinary practices
Reporting to the Head of Vet Sales you will identify, target and execute sales campaigns in your territory building the value & reputation of Lintbells Veterinary
Through product training you will educate on the benefits of our products to drive recommendation to pet owners
Meet sales force effectiveness & sales target goals to ensure Lintbells achieves is ambitious growth plans
Identify prospective customers, generate leads and convert prospects into successful customers
Collaborate with the Technical Services team to drive local KOL engagement and recommendation
Manage efficient journey planning and appointment scheduling to meet targets, KPIs and objectives
Ensures brand visibility within accounts, using specified marketing materials and tools in line with our strategy
Monitor and report back market activity and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
BE a brand ambassador & represent Lintbells Veterinary at national or regional trade shows/events
What you need to succeed…**
You have a strong motivation for closing sales, new business generation and business development
You have experience within a sales environment (Preferably Veterinary/Animal Health)
You have strong negotiation and presentation abilities
You have curiosity and a growth-mindset, always exploring new ways to push the boundaries and improve what we do
You are a team player – we’re a close-knit team!
You have outstanding planning and time management skills and able to prioritise workload
Comfortable analysing financial Information and data
This position will require travel to customers across a defined territory as well as attending the Lintbells Head Office, trade shows, conferences as and when required. So, you must have a willingness to travel!
Computer competency Is a position requirement
You are creative, enthusiastic and have a genuine love for pets.
