Full-Time Technology Transactions Attorneys needed (Remote) $90+/hour DOE

Our global law department customer has partnered with ElevateFlex to identify Technology Transactions Attorneys. These are full-time, remote placements and are projected to last 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and technology contracts, often with short turn-around times (ie: MSAs, Services Agreements, License Agreements, SaaS Agreements, SOWs, Private Label or Product Purchase Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Services Agreements, NDAs, Guaranty Agreements, Equipment Purchasing Agreement and Consulting Agreements)
- Advise on IP issues and start-ups.
- Support M&A, financing transactions and transactions involving new technologies (ie: AI and blockchain)
- Work with emerging companies on development, manufacturing, and product launch issues.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and technology contracts
- Experience with content and technology licensing as well as advising on privacy matters is strongly preferred.
- Subject matter expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, financial technologies and payment systems, mobile applications, e-commerce, digital content, and/or hardware.
Qualifications:
J.D. is required and you must be licensed to practice law (Active & In Good Standing) in any US jurisdiction
Compensation:
Hourly rate will start at $90/hour but will ultimately depend on experience
