Full-Time Technology Specialist

The IIRP graduate school is expanding, and we are excited to grow our team. The IIRP Graduate School is seeking a Technology Specialist for a hybrid work environment, with at least four days a week in our Bethlehem office or Buxmont Academy schools when needed. This is a dynamic role involving the use of both technical and customer service skills. You will enjoy this role if you find it exciting when each day brings something new and are eager to help with our technology needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years’ experience in support role with proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environment.
- Broad understanding of Windows 10, Mac OS, Chrome OS, MDM (mobile device management) and RMM (remote monitoring and management), and Google workspace.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
IIRP’s Technology Specialist will support faculty and staff delivering technical components of staff onboarding and offboarding, including laptop and phone setup and deployment. This person will also work closely with colleagues providing Tier 1 support in our model programs and overseeing Freshdesk to assess and support our online learners. This position is located within our Information Integration Unit.
The ideal candidate will be able to navigate competing priorities and respond to both learners and colleagues in a timely manner, work well both independently and as part of a team, accept and provide feedback on processes and to collogues. As well as perform remote trouble shooting and develop and maintain documentation.
