Job Description
Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, 12-month, exempt Technology Adoption and Integration Manager (TAIM) position. This is a grant-funded position and is responsible for overseeing the adoption and integration of technology-enabled systems in wrap-around and inescapable student support and in assessment, including professional development programming for staff, faculty, and administrators. This Title III grant funded position is expected to last 5 years. The Technology Adoption and Integration Manager works closely with staff in both the Offices of Institutional Effectiveness and Student Affairs. This is an on campus position that may be eligible for hybrid work.
About the grant: The Title III Grant will support the institution’s efforts to institutionalize program review and assessment processes for all departments/services, develop structures for the college’s Penguin Path student-support model, and support the development of the college’s Career Hub and career connected learning opportunities. The Title III Grant helps institutions of higher education expand their capacity to serve low-income students. It does so by providing funding to enhance and bolster academic quality, institutional management, and fiscal stability.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the implementation and/or adoption of assessment (HelioCampus) and student support software.
- Serve as a key administrator of assessment and student support technology, including system configuration, business process alignment, and subject matter expert.
- Consult with student support and instructional departments across the institution to document and analyze business process and user needs.
- Liaise with product vendors, desk staff, and others regarding the best use of the products. The TAIM works across campus to ensure accurate, consistent, and sustainable use of the technology systems.
- Develop and deliver initial and ongoing professional development on technology-enabled assessment and student support in order to achieve Title III goals and metrics.
- Contribute to the wide-scale and cross-campus adoption of the equity-minded goals in assessment and support services.
- Support institutional planning and assessment processes.
- Coordinate with department managers and staff to identify needs and implement changes.
- Support the process of engaging and informing the campus community on upcoming technology implementation.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two (2) years of experience driving technology adoption within an organization, training people to use a technology system, or collaborating with technology vendors.
- Two (2) years administrative, project management, or closely related experience, preferably within higher education.
- Ability to present to large and small audiences.
- Ability to work well with people of all ages from academically, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse backgrounds.

SALARY RANGE: $70,570 – $81,712 annually (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases.
