You will be responsible for working with chemists and other engineers to design improvements to existing systems and design new systems at scales ranging from small test rigs to thousands of gallons per day. Our systems service chemical and other challenging industries which require processing of sophisticated mixtures. Initial systems are designed to adapt reverse osmosis to the pulp and paper industry for a technology that has been field tested at 1/10th scale. This role has enormous growth potential as headcount increases, systems scale, and the organization continues to build scope and influence.
Responsibilities include:
• Plan year-long projects, implementing and managing quarterly milestones

• Manage relationships with external partners
• Contribute to engineering discussions and handle decisions with competing factors of budget, time, risk, and scope
• Negotiate project details and terms with vendors and customers
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to finalize design and integration plans for first-of-kind chemical processing systems
• Provide on-site oversight and support for systems at customers sites, ensuring customer satisfaction with equipment and support
