Reporting into the Enterprise Services (ES) Operations Team, this is a role well suited to an ambitious professional with a deep technical understanding combined with business acumen. ES Operations is focused on delivering and executing on a portfolio of value-driven offerings including performance guarantees and state-of-the-art technology powered by Siemens Healthineers that will help transform healthcare delivery for our partners. You will serve as the point of contact for technically driven conversations and project work from the C-Level throughout the organization and be responsible for ensuring technology excellence with regards to the concepts developed with and for our customers. In that regard, you will also support global development teams on market requirements, definition of epics, and backlog items for the development process. In this role, you will also (but are not limited to):

  • Lead the technical discussions with customers to drive ambulatory care projects from a digital solutions perspective. This includes components such as remote scanning, integration of AI-driven diagnostic tools, and other solutions as needed.
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through excellent communications and engagement in solution development and technical implementation projects.
  • Lead customer relationship development with technical stakeholders across the customer’s organization and gain participation in strategic customer input sessions to identify key requirements and success criteria for the technical solution design and deployment.
  • Work closely with global businesses and development teams to ensure transparency on market requirements and development of a market-leading digital solutions portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative imaging solutions that enhance inpatient and outpatient operations, streamline radiology department workflows, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for ES Operations, ensuring that all new solutions meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, patient safety and clinical needs.
  • Manage deployment of early-stage customer collaboration projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of pilot programs and gathering critical feedback for product refinement.
  • Capture and manage the ‘Voice of the Customer’ by gathering insights and feedback to inform development and R&D teams, ensuring customer needs and pain points are effectively addressed in future product iterations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to drive product innovation from concept to commercialization.
  • Provide accessible and efficient response to concerns and problems while ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Support the overarching Enterprise Services Operations Team as needed, contributing to the strategic vision and operational excellence.

In this role, you will also:

  • Drive business growth by enabling and working closely with our Siemens Healthineers sales organization.
  • Ensure contractual requirements are met and performed to a high standard.
  • Develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring effective and timely communications.
  • Enforce adherence to organizational processes, tools, and workflow standards.
  • Work closely with leadership colleagues to align on goals, vision, and strategy to ensure a positive culture and clear expectations exists across the Team.

Working with the broader Siemens Team, you will:                                     

  • You will build appropriate relationships across the organization at all levels to ensure consistent communications on opportunities and strategy.
  • You will serve as an advisor to executive leadership (client and Siemens) and collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams and business partners.
  • You will work to ensure ES revenue targets are achieved by creating solutions and driving outcomes related to Ambulatory Services (and other initiatives as indicated by Manager)
  • You will represent yourself in a manner consistent with Siemens Values and Behaviors
  • Work with critical stakeholders to outline risk mitigation plans to close gaps in performance as related to required results.
  • Analyze customer successes and gaps regarding contractual obligations and required change management obligations.
  • Support the continued development of communication processes, tools and standards of work that support the delivery of contractual obligations across the ES Operations Team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication throughout the enterprise.
  • Provide accessible and efficient response to concerns and problems.
  • Identify opportunities that will support business growth and development.

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in the customer environment.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a background driving technical business development or product management within the medical imaging or clinical informatics industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative healthcare solutions.
  • Ability to travel regionally 50% of the time.

It would be a plus if you also possess the following:

  • Polished demeanor with strong executive presence
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen (i.e., knowledge of profit and loss centers, balance sheets, capital/operational planning).
  • Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of view; effective at structured problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to implement innovative solutions to customer problems.
  • Ability to analyze client commercial capabilities, identify root cause and growth tool opportunities.
