Job Description:

Our customers are central to our business and we’re looking for a technical account manager who can provide post on-boarding customer experience through managing clients’ change requests, regular calls and email conversations. You’ll help with building lasting relationships that will move the Claromentis Digital Workplace solution to the heart of our clients’ business. 

You’ll be a trusted advisor for our clients, acting as the friendly face of our business by either guiding them to the right team to solve their problem or managing certain change requests to a completion. Therefore you will work closely with teams from across the organisation, helping to advocate on behalf of our customers to all of our teams.  

Customisation of Claromentis products provides additional benefits and value to our customers. Therefore being able to manage and deliver such value via change requests will be your main priority.  Your main KPIs will be change and licence request completions and revenue. 

This is a fully remote role and the candidate must be located within 2 hours of UK timezone (GMT/BST).  If you live in Brighton or Sussex area, then a small office is available for meeting and collaborating with your colleagues

 

Skills Range – in order of importance:

 

  • Ability to understand and record clients’ requirements to recommend solutions which add value to their business by producing detailed quotations based on estimates
  • Project management or coordination experience – this will help you with organising your and other people’s work
  • This is a client facing role and that is why you will have friendly and enthusiastic verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act as a point of contact with a large and diverse client base, you must display a very friendly attitude, patience, calmness under pressure and attentiveness to detail
  • Financially literate to be able to provide support to finance team
  • Experience working with a tech company is a bonus – most of our business is based on SaaS model

 

Duties:

 

  • Oversee and manage our licence and change requests backlogs
  • Oversee and manage contract termination process
  • Effective and enthusiastic client communication
  • Engage and coordinate with internal teams to produce estimates and quotes
  • Plan and organise activities required to deliver customer changes
  • Work with accounts team to keep up-to-date customer financial records
  • Supporting finance team to chase payments for outstanding invoices

Depending on your interests, you may be able to progress towards business analyst, project manager or a product owner career paths. If your passion lies with direct client management, then progressing to a senior account manager is also a great opportunity.
