Team Manager – Lambeth Consortium
Phoenix Futures in Lambeth, South London, have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring manager to take their first step into leadership.
The Role
As a Team Manager, you will manage a small caseload and lead a passionate and skilled team based in Brixton. In partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, our service provides support to those who are involved in the Criminal Justice system and are wanting to access Treatment and Support for Substance Use.
About You
To join us as a Team Manager at Lambeth, you will need:
- A desire to work in a management position, support up to 7 people within your team
- 2+ years relevant experience of working in health and social care (problematic substance use, mental health or another comparable field)
- Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service
- To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word and be familiar with database management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
- Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support

- Starting salary of £32,585.65, with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal, meaning potential salary increase up to £37,336
