Team Manager – Lambeth Consortium

Phoenix Futures in Hounslow, West London, have an exciting opportunity to be part of the management team at Hounslow ARC.

The Role
As a Team Manager, you will assist the Service manager in supporting the team of Substance misuse practitioners and HYPE (Hounslow Young People Engaged) young person workers to provide a substance misuse service to the borough of Hounslow. This will involve direct line management of staff, providing supervision sessions and assisting in providing reports and statistical information. You will be supportive of a multi agency approach to recovery support alongside our partner agencies in the ARC.

About You
To join us as a Team Manager at Hounslow, you will need:

• A desire to work in a management position in a very busy community substance misuse service.
• 2+ years relevant experience of working in health and social care (problematic substance use, mental health or another comparable field)
• Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service
• To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word and be familiar with database management systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
• Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support
