Phoenix Futures Essex Health & Justice Team have a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, working with people facing multiple needs in the justice system. We are recruiting a dynamic Team Manager working in partnership with EPUT (Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust) and CRG (Castle Rock Group) delivering the Integrated Health and Justice Service throughout the County of Essex, including Southend & Thurrock.
The Role
The team have 1 vacancy, mainly based in Chelmsford or Colchester, with the option of a hybrid approach including working from home, this role is Monday to Friday, 9-5
The successful candidate will support the Service Manager with the delivery of the service and supervision of the team whilst working alongside EPUT, CRG, the Police and Full Circle to support vulnerable individuals, including young people into treatment/services, in a bid to divert them from reoffending or custody. They will be responsible for managing a caseload and assisting the Service Manager with data reporting, including reporting for commissioners and partner agencies.

We are now seeking a Team Manager to join our team in Essex.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of people we support.
- Have experience of working as part of a team and supporting staff in a supervisory capacity.
- Evidence excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Evidence managing a busy caseload and excellent organisational skills.
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and be familiar with relevant database management systems.
- Have relevant experience of work in the field of problematic substance use, mental health, justice or another comparable field.
